Lets the left hand know what the right hand is doing with regard to negotiations with clients. Includes a target Date and Time to carry out promised tasks and CBMS will remind you of imminent calls that you have setup to do. Review the activity within CBMS by how many Contacts, Calls, Quotes, Sales, Purchases and Subscriptions have been entered by each user of the system.
