| CBMS
Main
Access to the various
Contact and Sales modules is accelerated by CBMSs Main Menu
Screen which allows you to quickly move to different parts of the
system. Both Menu and Toolbar Icons are available together with drop-down
lists of options from which to select. |
| Contacts
CBMS lets you manage your contacts in the most convenient manner while
offering Single Point Access. This means that historical
records of Calls, Email, Sales, Payments, Purchases and Quotes can
all be viewed simply by selecting the contact and the appropriate
tab at the bottom of the screen. New entries can also bee made right
here without having to navigate anywhere else within the system. |
| Calls
CBMS enables you to log each contact call details together with a
callback date and time. This means that different members within the
same Sales Team can be aware of the conversions between the company
as a whole to each sales contact thus presenting and united and informed
front. Promises made to call back at a later date and time can be
made with the assurance that CBMS will remind of this "date"
in time. |
| Personal
Diary
Callbacks entered
into the Call Manager are automatically logged in each Personal Diary
so that each user can setup activities for the day that include both
personal and business appointments. Diary entries are facilitated
with a comprehensive Diary Legends lookup which can be personalised
for each user to include their favourite activities and appointments |
| Personal
"To Do" List
CBMS offers each user an electronic scribble pad for those of us that
like to work from Task Lists then check them off when each job is
done. In addition there is a Callback Date and Time with the Notes
Manager so that CBMS can remind you in time when a job is nearly due
to be done. |
| Products
and Prices CBMS stores
the descriptions, price, Vat rate, commission rate % or commission
rate value for each product / service you enter into the system. This
makes it a snap when setting up a new sales invoice as the items are
simply selected from your list of products and ensures that pricing
errors are at a minimum. As each Sale is allocated to a sales person
and CBMS "knows" the commission rate for each product and
service then Commissions for each transaction are automatically calculated
and stored. |
| Commissions
CBMS automatically calculates the commission value for every sales
transaction against each Sales Person. Commissions can be viewed for
any period you wish to select and another click away is the printed
results of your commission review. |
| Statistics
For the Manager of a Sales Team, CBMS Statistics are a dream come
true! The performance of every member of the Sales Team is monitored
by CBMS - it tracks the number of new contacts entered into the system,
the number of calls made, the number of quotes generated, the number
of subscriptions signed up, the value of sales and the value of purchases
made for any period the manager wishes to review. Another click away
is a graph illustrating these results - completely ready to form the
basis of a sales meeting where useful and effective guidance can be
given to those team members that need it. |
