RBMS - Overview

RBMS supports single recruitment consultants, teams of consultants and enterprise wide access. Each entry made to RBMS is tagged with the user who made the entry so that views of Clients, Candidates and Vacancies can be constrained to individuals while accessing the master database.

RBMS tracks all your Clients, Candidates, Vacancies, Candidate Skills, Candidate Requirements, Vacancy Skills, Calls, Emails and much more.

RBMS matches the requirements of the Client with the Skills stored against each Candidate and produce a suitable list of Candidates for each vacancy immediately.

Both Permanent and Temporary placements are catered for as well as any range of commission percentages on each placement.

There is a powerful Profiler for Clients that makes identifying target marketing sessions to specific groups of contacts a breeze. Each Candidate has both a Skills Profile and a Requirement Profile and these are quickly searched for matches whenever a vacancy is under scrutiny.

All Prospects, Clients and Accounts are stored and displayed in the master Clients List and you see immediately which has a vacancy and whether it is either Permanent or Temporary

Each contact can be Profiled with as many attributes as you wish to track. The powerful Profile Query Engine lets you find all contacts that meet the profile you are seeking. Another click and you can mailshot these contacts in seconds using the link to MS Word.

Histories of Vacancies, Skills sought, CV''s Sent, Placements, Calls made and Emails sent are immediately displayed as soon as a Client is highlighted in the Master Client list.

All conversations between your company and the Client can be stored in the Call Logger so that other members of the recruitment team can be kept up to speed with the communications to date when each Client is selected. Promises to call back at a later date and time are stored and RBMS will display a reminder that action is due within the nominated period setup by each user.

RBMS search engines enable you to home in on a particular group of Clients then mailshot those at the click of a button.

The Candidate Finder enables you to highlight a Vacancy and immediately see which of the Candidates have the skills the Client is seeking.

RBMS calculates the commissions immediately a placement is made and all placement commissions can be viewed for any period selected.

RBMS Statistics are a dream for the management team. The number of Clients added, Candidates added, Vacancies added, Calls made and Placements made can be displayed, by Consultant, for any period selected. Another click and these statistics are displayed within a printable graph. This helps to identify those areas of activity that need attention before it is too late!
