Lets the left hand know what the right hand is doing with regard to negotiations with clients. Includes a target Date and Time to carry out promised tasks and CBMS will remind you of imminent calls that you have setup to do.

Contact manager stores all Clients, Suppliers and Prospects in one convenient place. The powerful Contact Profiler enables you to assign any number of attributes that you wish to track against each contact and later find contacts with the powerful Profile Query. Really valuable for proactive selling of your products and services.

System Users
Allows different users to login to CBMS. Each user has a set of access rights which controls what he/she can or can't see or modify. Also, every entry into the system is logged against each user so that activity can be monitored.
Logon Authentication
Enables you to configure how CBMS works for you. Also the locations of both MS Word and MS Outlook need to be set here so that CBMS can use these while generating documents and email.
